WITH REGRETS

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2008. I also have severe heartburn, stomach pain and bloating.
My doctor prescribed Boniva without talking to me about its side effects. I read the instructions and decided that in my condition this medicine would do me extra harm.
I found another doctor and he also wanted me to take Boniva. I explained to him how every fiber of my being was telling me to not take it. He got excited because I wanted to find something natural to take that would not cause these side effects. He was upset that I would pay attention to the side effects and said most of them are in your head.
So, I took my pill (Boniva) on Sunday and for 3 days following I felt stomach pain, joint pain and I could not walk or hold up my head. I was chilled and sleepy and could not function. Who can take these drugs to get better?
I’m still recovering and I’ll be heck if I ever will listen again about taking something so powerful it puts my health in danger.
I’m still looking for help and I hope I can find it.
