(Decatur illionois)

My 9 year old autistic daughter keeps geting out of the house. while I'm asleep she climbs up and turns the alarms off and gets out and trys to walk to go get barretts wich she is so obcessed about. we have no recorces to help in my town of Decatur Illinois. I'm so afraid that she will get killed, kidnapped..or worst. The police have brought her home 3 times now in the last 3 weeks.. I have tried to stay awake ..and do for days on end but the moment I do she leaves the house..I want to get more recoeses to help keep her inside..but im on a limited budget and am on medicaid. what can I do when I have tried everythang that I can? DCFS has been envolved already 2 times and have gotten me for neglect for falling asleep..am I not alowed to sleep?..most of the time she leaves is between 5 or 6 am and this time recently it was at 3 am...I dont understand what I can do to keep my autistic child safe...please help before its too late and god forbid they find her dead.....please help me..
