What about raw goats milk?

Hello,
I am 60 years old now, and was diagnosed with osetopenia in 1998. By 2000 it had advanced to osetoporosis. My latest T-scores (July 2010) were: Lumbar Spine -3.1; Neck Left Femur -3.0 (an improvement from the test in 2008 when it was -3.3). I been using diet, supplements and exercise for treatment, but would like to see complete reversal rather than the small improvement seen on my last test. I was very interested to read your site today, and am considering following your suggestions.

Just wondered if you can advise:

1) Recently we have gone from using soy milk to raw goats milk kefir. Should I restrict consumption of goats milk to one serve per day as for regular dairy while on Stage 1?

2) Do you suggest any tests to decide if you have been on Stage 1 long enough? Or do just judge by 'symptoms'?

3) For the last 6 months I have been taking natural hormone troches with Oestrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone & DHEA. Should I continue with these on your suggested regime including Custom Elixir FHB, or omit them?

Thanks for your advice,
Kind regards
Shirley (Australia)

Yes, reduce the goat milk to just once a day for stage one. If you have calcium in the joints or arteries, you will need to use stage one for a longer period of time, 4 or 5 months. If you don't, 3 months is enough.

You can certainly continue the hormones while using FHB. Especially for a couple of months until the FHB starts to kick in.
