Sad and sorry

My story commences with my having a fall onto a concret driveway and fracturing my spine L2. I am unhappy because I had been doing the right things such as being careful with my diet and taking calcium very early which where marketed as helping to prevent osteoprosis and I don't have a family history so I thought that I was safe when all along I wasn"t. My anger is directed to the Doctors who will not understand that drugs are not the answer that I want to my problem. I need support with my decision and there is no help out there for me. I know because I have tried.Everyone including the osteoprosis foundation are forcing me to take the medications, you all know them I have also found that there is a lot of so called help from people pushing there wares but no sooner do you purchase the products there is no further support and you are left to deal with it yourself.
