RSD

by Barbara Dougherty
(Canal, NB Canada)

I have RSD, I read that this syndrom takes calcium from the bones, I just had a bone density test today, if ihave a low rate, the Dr. says he will put me on Fosomax, what should I take instead?
Thanks
Barb

If you are on steroids to help with the RSD, this will dissolve the calcium out of your bones. Fosomax is not the way to deal with this. Rather it is to use natural supplements to deal with the RSD. Get MSM Powder and work up to taking 15 grams or more a day, 3 heaping teaspoons. In high doses it is a great anti-inflammatory pain reliever.
