Reclast

Thru the years I have been on all the drugs for osteoporosis, nothing has helped. My Dr. has advised me to take the once a year reclast. It is supposed to work immediately. I am so afraid of falling and breaking a bone but also afraid of some of the effects of reclast. I am 84 years old, exercise and eat properly.
