radiation induced lung fibrosis

by Donna
(Medicine Hat, alberta, Canada)

I had chemo and radiation for adenocarcinoma of the right lung and one tracheal lymph node a year ago. all tests show no more tumors, but have lymphadenopathy and fibrosis. Will this product help?
At present I take:
B17 (laetril 400 mg a day)
Vit c 4000u a day
Vit D 4000u a day
Brocogen 10 (broccoli pills)
Zinc
Tumeric
Cal with magnesium

My mother passed away from fibrosis (7 months from diagnosis)
do not want to end up like her and will do whatever it takes to get better.
Right now I feel good, not too short of breath, sleep okay, just have this chronic cough which is very annoying.
any suggestions are appreciated
