question

I have read quickly over your article and will take more time to read it thoroughly later. If I start with the four months of taking magnesium and stopping calcium supplements, how much magnesium per day is recommended? I am a 67 year old female with osteopenia; both my parents were diagnosed with osteoporosis.

Candace,
It works out to about 600 mgs of Magnesium daily.
