Please tell me what my cousins died from...

I lost 2 of my loving cousins, age 36(brother) and 37(sister) last year 2 months apart. Till now we are not clear what they died from. My niece had a red rash on her face, glands under arm that has been removed, joint pains, fatigue and took meds for depression. XMAS 2008 she fell broke her leg and since than she has never back at work again. At end all her organs packed up and she just died in June 2009. It was a huge shock for the family because we never realized she was sick. Never in our wildest dreams...She turned very very yellow even her eyes. The sister first died then the brother, same story...Many things was said...she had ovarian cancer, she had liver cancer...etc.

A friend told me recently to please read up on lupus as it sound as if they might have had the disease...

My aunt till this day is in shock and don't understand how her two loving kids could just slip through her fingers so quickly without her realizing it.

Their death is still a mystery to us all.

At this stage it seems to me as if it could have been lupus. I am concerned about my only cousin, the brother...he also shows symptoms of yellowness.

Yellowing of the skin and and/or eyes is generally in relation to a poorly functioning Liver. You should have him get some blood tests for different liver issues to begin with. As for your cousins, sounds serious. At such a young age, we would think there would have been many tests run to find a cause of death?
