please help!

My daughter been diagnosed with autism last week. She is three years old. She looks normal, her physical appearance is normal. She is an understanding, lovable child. She has conversation problems. She can count 1 to 10. She can say simple words such as apple, baby. She is trying hard. If she wants anything she holds my hand and takes me to the place and make me look for the thing she wants. She is picking up things which she never used to do before. I want help to improve her speech so that she can verbally communicate her needs and to improve her overall understanding about this world.

Many thanks
