Please can you help me ?

I am 18 years old girl. For the past 3 - 4 years I have been having problems with my health. I have been hospitalized many of times and doctors have run test's and have found nothing. I have had really bad experience with bad stomach pains which cause me to faint and be very unwell. The pain is very scary and i feel scared when it comes on. I have also just been told i have epilepsy because i have had fits in the past 2 years and i used to have them when i was young but i grew out of them.

I went to the hospital last month because finally someone has taken notice to me about my thigh. For about 1 year and 5 months it has been larger than the other - people laughed at me, but now they are listening. It's to late in my eyes, i am a very slim girl who is proud of my body but this thigh is getting me down. I'm so depressed, i get upset over it. A month ago while doing my exams my right hand has been hurting and again people was laughing, but then one day on the bus to college my hand went so swollen i was very scared. It was bruising up, veins where rising. My nurse came and said see your gp, i went there. He gave me some anti swelling tablets - they never worked. A few months later after going through this pain while doing my exams i was given a needle. This actually taken the swelling away from my hand and i was happy. But my thigh is paying back. The swelling is all down my leg now into my foot and toes. / I am really upset, i want help as soon as possible please. My doctors are taking to long. It's getting me upset, i have to think about college, my job. Please can you help? I want my thigh to get better so badly. When i think its ok, it is for an hour then it swells up again.
