osteopenia

by Britt Phelps
(Winchester, Va, USA)

I am a 38 year old female. I've had a back injury that has lasted 3 months with little improvement. I went to see an orthopedist who stated I have osteopenia. I have lifted weights since I was 15 years old. I eat right, can't get any healthier. I am always being teased about how healthy I am. I do drink coffee and used to drink energy drinks but have stopped. Going to get bloodwork done and bone scan tomorrow. I am stuck because I don't know what else I can do for this. I have a stressful job as a firefighter but hopefully I can learn how to deal with the stress. Other than that I am stuck. Can you point me in the right direction as to what I should do....first.
Thanks for your time...

Britt,
I have two suggestions for you. First, get the Neuroliminal Training Osteo NT CD. Not only will it work on stress, but it does send your body a message to increase bone density. Also, you need to increase you intake of magnesium and reduce calcium intake/dairy. At this point these two actions should be enough to
deal with this. www.gethealthyagainstore.com would be the place to get the Neuroliminal Training Osteo NT CD.
