organizing pneumonia boop

Been ill now for 5 months, coughing badly, no energy, trouble breathing. Been put on steroids prednisone for about 2 months so far. Bad side effects. Not sleeping, red faced, palpitations, don't seem to be doing much good. Doc doesn't know much about this I don't think. Any help would be nice. Forty year old male, usually fit and well.
