Not Your Typical Story

I am a 38 year old woman who was diagnosed with 'severe osteoporosis' at age 36. My DEXA Scan is a -2.37...at that time. I have much more information, facts, test scores to share, as well as many more questions. I am desperate for help...I am a mother of four children and my pain level is more than I am able to handle any more.
Any direction, any help, would be so appreciated. It seems ALL/ONLY, information is for post-menopausal woman only, and no one my age.

While the information is actually good for all ages, it is rare for this to happen so young. Makes me wonder if your parathyroid is off. What are your blood calcium levels? Or have you taken a bunch of steroids?
