Not up to date on things yet

by Diane Knight
(Cheshire England)

I have osteoporosis. In my neck it is -2, my spine -8.
I have been on Fosamax for about 8 years maybe more I have increasingly worsened over the said period and I am looking to alternative methods as fosamax has given me reflux I constantly "Burp" making me unsociable to be near it is embarassing I am allergic to dairy therefore no calcium intake. Calcium tablets make me sick where do I go from here?
I am taking this advice to my consultant and see if she agrees to my following it wish me luck !!

You may need to get off the fosamax before you'll be able to take the calcium, drugs can effect you in many strange ways. But at first, you'll need to do magnesium only for a few months. Along with the other suggested supplements.
