NATURAL PROGESTERONE
by J. Berlund
(York, U.K.)
A doctor in California many years ago researched osteoporosis on his patients and discovered natural progesterone. His name: John Lee M.D.
To prove this he asked people to have a bone scan no matter how old you are, use the natural progesterone cream for, say, 9 mos and then take another bone scan.
You will amaze your doctors, he claimed.
Now, thousands - I am sure more - are rubbing the cream on their neck, chest, wrists, inner thighs, back of knees twice a day for 3 weeks out of the month for menopausal women and 10 days out of the month for women still menstruating. Good for men also.
It balances the hormones so that oestrogen is not dominant. It is a precurser to Testosterone so that it is beneficial to men.
I have used this cream for 20 years. When I first had a bone scan after using natural progesterone I was 59 years old. My doctor in the U.S. who was in her 30's laughed and said your bones are denser than mine!
In the U.S. one can buy Natural Progesterone in a health food shop, supermarket or drug store.
Over here one needs a doctors prescription, except in Guernsey.

Also, His website is still on line even though he is now deceased.
He lectured about this at St. Thomas' Hospital and travelled all over helping women.

Very good information. It's the reason we suggest using Custom Elixir FHB which will turn on your body's production of progesterone if it happens to not be optimal. Or Custom Elixir DH in men to turn on production of DHEA which can be used to make other hormones. We like it better than using a cream because it turns on your ability to make the stuff, while hormone creams make the body lazy and your body will tend not to make as much on its own. Low magnesium levels and low vitamin D and K can over-ride its benefits and still cause you to have low bone density. The whole issue is a bit more complex than hormones, but they do play a significant role.
