My view on the people who discredit the link between Vaccines and Autism, SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!
My son has Autism, and he displayed full blown tendancies within 24 hours of his MMR Vaccine.
He was developing perfectly as any typical 12 month would, then we lost him to a poisonous concoction in the triple vaccine, READ WHATS IN THEM, message for Jan, would you happily Jab a 12 month old with the second most toxic Heavy Metal known to man........SHAME ON YOU.
YOU ARE ALL KIDDING YOURSELVES, VACCINES TODAY ARE DESIGNED TO HARM

As a Gulf War Veteran whose health I believe was affected by the vaccinations I recieved and a father of an Autistic child. I am convinced that immunizations are the cause of our health problems, yes I do have proof, our health before and after the vaccinations. To just accept this without question is highly ignorant. I have little trust or faith in the government and the multi-billion dollar drug companies. Putting toxins into a babies body to protect the greater good! Have we lost our minds or have we been decieved by the herd mentality. I am tired of hearing the doubters and their ignorance, get out of the way and let us find the truth.

Every child in this world is born different. I have heard time and time again that vaccines cause autism and read numerous things on the internet about it. Different children react differently to many things, including vaccines. Just like some children are allergic to certain medications and some are not. EVERY child is different. I would much rather take the small risk of vaccines than my child come down with some kind of horrible disease like polio or hepatitis. I believe if vaccines caused autism my other two children would be autistic as well and they are not. There is no concrete proof, it just isn't there. I mean no disrespect but I believe these parents blaming autism on vaccines are just grasping at straws and desperate for an answer, God bless their hearts but there is no answer, not yet. Just like there is no answer to why my sister was born with green eyes when both parents and myself and our brother all have brown eyes. I think if parents could just accept it some of their desperation and anxiety trying to figure out what caused the autism in their child would disappear. I know it did for me. The most important thing you can do for the autistic child in your life is to love them exactly the way they are and just adapt accordingly. Sure, I do believe certain things can help, like a proper diet or good teachers and therapists but I do not believe it can be reversed no more than my sister can reverse having green eyes instead of brown. This all may sound a little silly to some and that is alright since I am no expert. But I feel if people with an autistic child in their life would take the effort they are using to try to reverse something that can't be and use it to love and understand their autistic child the best they can and love them just as they are they would be alot better off. Like any child, they are a gift from God, autistic or not.
Melanie, We are not saying that vaccines Always cause autism. But, we do believe that in many cases, they do. Please remember that god also gave us the minerals and plants on this planet to use for our medicines and that they work! We have many, many people using these products who have had amazing turnarounds with their children and we believe in them strongly. Get Healthy Again Staff

My son lost his muscle coordination & ability to speak within 1 week of getting his 18 month DTAP shot. Some children are unable to handle the shots. It offends me more to have uneducated people cause what seems to be a war between parents. We need to work together to clean up our vaccines (take the formaldehyde, msg & aluminum out). I know what happened to my son. You didn't see his regression with every vaccine that was injected into his body like I did. I'm the one that has to sleep with what I did. Parents should have the right to make an informed decision about their childrens health without being scrutinized.

In June 2000, a group of top government scientists and health officials gathered for a meeting at the isolated Simpsonwood conference center in Norcross, Ga. Convened by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the meeting was held at this Methodist retreat center, nestled in wooded farmland next to the Chattahoochee River, to ensure complete secrecy. The agency had issued no public announcement of the session -- only private invitations to 52 attendees. There were high-level officials from the CDC and the Food and Drug Administration, the top vaccine specialist from the World Health Organization in Geneva, and representatives of every major vaccine manufacturer, including GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Wyeth and Aventis Pasteur. All of the scientific data under discussion, CDC officials repeatedly reminded the participants, was strictly "embargoed." There would be no making photocopies of documents, no taking papers with them when they left.
The federal officials and industry representatives had assembled to discuss a disturbing new study that raised alarming questions about the safety of a host of common childhood vaccines administered to infants and young children. According to a CDC epidemiologist named Tom Verstraeten, who had analyzed the agency's massive database containing the medical records of 100,000 children, a mercury-based preservative in the vaccines -- thimerosal -- appeared to be responsible for a dramatic increase in autism and a host of other neurological disorders among children. "I was actually stunned by what I saw," Verstraeten told those assembled at Simpsonwood, citing the staggering number of earlier studies that indicate a link between thimerosal and speech delays, attention-deficit disorder, hyperactivity and autism. Since 1991, when the CDC and the FDA had recommended that three additional vaccines laced with the preservative be given to extremely young infants -- in one case, within hours of birth -- the estimated number of cases of autism had increased fifteenfold, from one in every 2,500 children to one in 166 children.
