my mom

by Manan Langalia
(Chicago, IL)

My mom called me today and told me that her first Dexa scan results look bad. Says her bone mass is low and she is at risk of severe osteoporosis at 10 years. All these years I have been reminding her to drink more milk since she is post menopause and I figured she needs more calcium. Had no idea about the importance of magnesium. Any ideas where to start? How much does your system cost? Can we just go to a pharmacy and pick up some magnesium supplements to get started?

Thanks,
Manan

It is certainly possible to just go pick up some magnesium and eliminate the dairy and any calcium supplements. Alone, it is not likely to completely stop the progression, just slow it down. The basic combo will reverse it and you will see improvement or complete reversal in a year. At least that is the feedback we've been getting lately. Most likely it will take a couple of years of so to get back to normal bone density with the basic protocol. www.gethealthyagainstore.com sells it for $189.95 for a months supply. This is deeply discounted off retail pricing.
