My Grandson's Real Success Story

I'm a 58 year old grandmother. I was a licensed massage therapist for over 19 years. Therefore, alternative medicine and supplements have been a part of my life for years.
Our grandson showed signs of autism early in life. We met him right after he was born and then did not see him for about 13 months. But we knew something was wrong when we met him and he would not look directly at anyone. He did look at his parents, but not in the giggly, peek-a-boo way that we usually see in babies.
I asked my son why he didn't mention any problems the first year and he said the baby was growing and doing all of the motor skills and so on up until a year old. Shortly after that he started to notice that the baby wasn't keeping up with communication skills. He was heart broken and really worried.
I had some suspicions and had been looking at the Health Reports web site for over 10 months by this time so I was quick to ask our son to consider these alternatives for his son.
After searching the site he counter searched on the web. He has been in computer management systems since 2001 and knows where to go to find what he wants.
Then, I printed 2 copies of everything from the site about autism and the supplements. Next we set aside 2 hours to go over everything, step by step.
My son is not as "alternative" as my husband and I are but he came to understand that what we were going to do was boost the baby's immune system to the highest degree possible. And try to get rid of what wasn't helping him.
After that I called Get Healthy Again. I told them about the baby, how we thought it was autism but no one had confirmed that. He was still less than 2 years old. I answered a few questions about his age, size, behaviors, foods and so on and - in just a few minutes they were able to suggest a regime for our boy.
NOTE: I want to mention here that my son was not real big on the Elixir idea. This became for him a matter of "blind faith" so to speak. He has continued with the Elixirs until this day so I suppose he believes they are essential to the program.
I ordered what Get Healthy Again suggested and we started the regime mid December, 2009.
Within 10 days the baby started making eye contact. Our son and the baby spent the Christmas holidays at our place and we noticed right away how interested and focused the baby was on the ornaments and so on. But they are light and bright so we still kept observing. Each day after that the baby began to pay attention and communicate more. It was so noticeable and such a delight to see this. He has made progress every single day since then.
NOTE: The baby's parents are divorced so he only gets all of the supplements 4 days a week when he is with his dad. He gets glutathione every single day - his mom was willing to go that far. Even with 4 days a week his progress is just amazing.
The baby had been diagnosed with a speech delay in November, 2009. His dad started the supplements in December, 2009. He started his speech therapy in mid January and the teacher made comments that she could not believe this was the same baby she had interviewed a few months earlier.
It is April, 2010 now and the baby has had almost 3 months of classes, just once a week. He has been on the supplements since mid December, 2009 (4 days a week - see NOTE above).
The baby knows almost 70 words now. He knows how to communicate what he wants and we have learned a lot about how to WAIT and give him a chance to learn his new founds skills. After 18 months of doing everything for him it was hard for us to break that habit.
He was about a year behind in speech and other communication skills in December, 2009. On his first review March 2010) from the speech therapist the baby is now only 6 months behind. He is 2 1/2 this month (April). He is moving forward so quickly that he won't qualify for this program in 3 months.
The baby has never been to day care or school and he will be starting at age 3 - I'm pushing for the Montessori School - but that is up to his folks of course.
My husband, son and I talk regularly about the baby's progress and we are all 100% convinced with no doubt in our minds that the supplements are what opened up the signals and pathways in the baby's system so he could start to communicate his needs and feelings. He continues to thrive physically and is a joy, joy, joy.
NOTE: The only negative so far is that the baby has a rash of sorts. His skin is not really soft and smooth. I don't know if it ever was real soft and smooth, but we wash with a soft cloth every night. We think it's a detoxing situation and are fine with it. No one else notices. And, he gets a little diarrhea after 4 days of supplements in a row.
