Masha's life with lupus

I have lupus for long time..I not know until I was 21 year old. Now I am 22 year old. Most bad time sick during winter time...summer not bad sometime. I not know how handle with my lupus level...hope someone read this and contact me to help me how can I handle this lupus. My doctor never understand me or when I need help and doctor not do help me as quickly.. contact my email mashpotato@tmail.com Also, I am deaf..I am from Russian, adoption and grew up in America for 16 year. Where can I find group with support because I not have any friend that have lupus like I do. Kind of hard for me to hold inside about my lupus... my friends not understand what lupus.
