Besides improving your diet, taking general support supplements, as Dee has done so well, the basic issue is to kill the pathogens which cause the lupus. Quanzor and or Omni Essential Oil Elixir are the most potent pathogen fighters we have found. It may take several months, but using them will go a long way to getting rid of them so the body stops the auto-immune response and starts to heal itself.

Hang in there! by: Dee
There is a lot you can do for yourself. You have already done a great job advocating for yourself with the medical profession. I had one Doctor tell me that he is going to take blood test to prove to me that nothing was wrong and then prescribe me some anti-anxiety pills. Well, my White blood count was still low and my other levels were on the border of low. I researched my symptoms and blood levels and Google immediately said Lupus! I went back to the Doctor and asked her to look at my blood test history and listen to my symptoms (I did it with tears in my eyes). She did and for the first time I was heard. She referred me to a Rheumatologist. I couldn't get in to the specialist for months so I went back to my Doctor and asked her to give me an Antibody test. She did and it all came back positive. I called the Rheumatologist with the new info and I am getting in now within a week!
During this time I have been proactive with my own health. I have changed my eating to Organic and Whole foods (It's been kind of fun learning new recipes and taking responsibility for my own health). I also take a Multi-mineral, Biotin, Vitamins C, D, Folic Acid, DHEA, B-12, B complex, Fish oil, Co Q-10, L-Carnosine, MSM and on a 15 day cleanse to remove the toxins from my body as I continue to add the good stuff in. I have removed High Fructose (sugars) and Gluten from my diet (atleast as much as I can) and I use a mixture of oils (Cedarwood, lavendar, rosemary and Jojoba) for my hair loss. I can say that in the last two weeks, I feel 100% better and my hair has stopped falling out.My Doctor is okay with it since I am not on any meds yet. I have not had the diagnosis confirmed yet but due to all of the blood tests, the butterfly rash, the years of joint pain, the depression and anxiety, the hair loss, the Raynaud's on my hands, and purple blisters on the pads of my fingers, the fatigue etc. that comes with Lupus-that it's probably so. Keep reading, do your research and keep advocating for your self is the best advice I could give. I have four kids myself, all boys age 22, 20 and five year old twins-I refuse to not be apart of their life. All of those supplements and cleanse cost me almost $200 and the food is a bit more expensive (but I cut out Pork, red meat and Gluten products so it almost evens out). My boys are going to help me get my garden going again (I haven't been able to do it because of the joint pain) so I can save on Organic vegetables. The difference I feel already is amazing and so worth it-especially if I am able to avoid all of those toxic meds. I will take prescriptions to save an organ but I will not take something when they can't cure me or explain what it's for. Good luck and God Bless! You can contact me if you'd like at maadams04@yahoo.com to follow my diagnosis and new test results.

how can we help?? by: Anonymous
Your story is so touching....there has to be something to get you better. Please try to contact a huge University hospital to see if you can get into a lupus study. One of the best is supposed to be at Columbia University in NY, NY. Keep close to your children....how can we help??
