I had Just about Enough

My bone density has just decreased by 5% and the doctor said, "Well, you took yourself off the fosamax", as if to say that it's my fault. The side effects were terrible - diarrhea, weakness, etc. - so I was not about to go back to damaging medications. I had also tried other bone medications which, as well, had awful side effects.

I am so pleased to have found your website and will start trying some of your recommendations. I wish I had my doctor's e-mail address because I would love to send him your article. I am away for the winter and will see how some of your recommendations work before heading home in four to five months.

Thanks so much for a much uplifting article. I will certainly place it amongst my favourites and also, will forward it to everyone I know, including a natural allergist I know.
