I got osteoporosis at age 46

I got osteoporosis at the age of 46. I went through the early menopause at the age of 40.

I have tried many HRT treatments and also pills for my osteoporosis but my body has rejected all medication. I can not even take calcium tablets.

I have started doing body pump and general exercise 4 times a week.

Has there been any studies done on the vibration plate and does it really work to build bone density?

Not sure what else I can do to build back my bone density.

I thinks studies have shown the vibration plate is useful to do. However, it is not going to reverse a magnesium imbalance, hormonal imbalances, too much acid. So there are a few basics it would pay to address first before spending a bunch on a vibration plate.
