I am 48 and I am in a post menopause. I have just got the results DEXA And I my spine is Tscore -3.8 Zscore -3.1 Femur Tsc -1.9 Zscore -1.2
I was asked to take Calcium carbonate + colecalciferol and Alendronic Acid tabs 70mg.
I haven't decided to take it yet.
What is your opinion about and where to start in your program.
