have been diagnosed with osteoporosis

I have been told by my doctor to take various medications

Alendronic Acid
Sodiu trihydrate
Lendrate 17mg

Can you please comment on this medication as I live in Malta. These drugs cost me 23.70 euros and as I am over 67 I only get certain drugs free from the government, but these are not included.
