I am currently taking calichew d3 forte twice daily and alandronic acid 70mg once weekly. what else can i do to make my bones my own age, possibly younger again eg/

For a man to be experiencing what you are, it is important to check if your parathyroid is mal-functioning. Also, your vitamin D might be quite low, and you should check your vitamin K levels also.

It would be important to add magensium to what you are taking, but there has to be an underlying fundamental issue causing this.
