blood in the urine

I have inflammation and blood in the urine. It was found in 2006 and doctor checked and found nothing. Again happened since 2009 and the doctor checked everything by infection test, ultrasound, contrast X-ray, CT-scan and cytoscopy and they don't find anything.

I also have gastrointestinal problem that intestine is often filled with gas and sometimes have diarrhea like problem and sometimes like constipation, feel a bit uncomfortable with breathing and often has sinus and infection in nose and cough in throat.

Could anyone helm me to find it out.
