38 year old female

by Stacy
(Wisconsin)

When I was 27 I had a full hysterectomy, the doctors never told me any thing except that I would never need another pap test for the rest of my life. I have been having severe neck and lower back pain, so I went to the doctors and she took xrays and told me that I have degenerative arthritis in my lower back and that I have osteoporosis and that my bones are like that of a 60 year old, next week I go for a bone density test. What are things that I could do for someone my age to help stop osteoporosis?

Start the osteoporosis protocol now.. you may also need some natural hormone supplementation if you aren't already doing that.
